The parallel import means that the goods can be entered in the country without the consent of the rights holder. This rule was introduced by the Russian Government in the Resolution No. 506 of March 29, 2022. Consequently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Order No. 1532 of April 19, 2022 approving the list of goods allowed to enter and put into the commercial circulation by parallel import.
